why not start a borg collective now?I am not suggesting everyone
repeats resistance is futile or such ,but instead the organized
adoption of collective advantage in a transhuman sense.I am by no
means suggesting a fascist adoption of communist dogmas .More like
collective endeavors promoting intelligent pursuits ( science
,technology ,engineering,)along with the adoption of said technologies
torwards some intellectual ideals (intelligence increase, space
migration etc.) The most obvious immediate applications being
collective buying power (food ,medicine,transportation,etc.).Maybe
some compromised combination of the above, again implementing tranhuman
philosophies in a more collective and institutionalized way could be
started .

You're a few decades too late. This has been tried, they're called
"communes," and they generally don't work.
